Kincardine is a beautiful shoreline community that offers many activities in all seasons - cross country skiing to snowmobiling during the winter and a variety of water sports to cycling in the summer with hiking trails year round. There are also many tourist events throughout the year. One of the most popular is the Scottish Pipe Band Parade held every Saturday evening in summer months and after the parade you can watch one of our famous sunsets. We have much to offer you both professionally and personally.
There are several opportunities for family physicians in the Municipality of Kincardine; you can create the type of schedule which will suit your needs. We are in need of Family Physicians, GP/Anaesthetist, and GP/ER all on a permanent or locum basis. We are flexible and can build a schedule to suit your needs. The Kincardine Community Medical Clinic is funded under a Family Health Network Model. The clinic provides a satisfying work environment with knowledgeable and helpful administrative, nursing and clerical staff, as well as a group of physicians supportive.
The Municipality of Kincardine is able to offer assistance with spousal employment and has a generous incentive program.
