Renovations to the Emergency Room, patient waiting area and Patient Registration area at SBGHC’s Kincardine site are complete. The temporary walls between the patient waiting area and ER have been replaced with permanent walls, and the space has been reorganized for better workflow and increased privacy for patients.
An asbestos abatement in the Patient Registration area was completed, and a new space has been constructed, consisting of three registration stations. The new space is more ergonomic for staff and increases privacy and infection control.
