Food Services/Cafeteria Meals

Meals are served to patients:

• Breakfast: 7:45-8:15 AM
• Lunch: 11:30 AM-12:00 PM 
• Dinner: 4:30-5:00 PM

Cafeteria service is available in Durham, Kincardine and Walkerton from 9:00 AM-2:30 PM. All visitors are welcome to purchase meals and snacks in the cafeteria.

Vending machines and pop machines are available at all locations.
Chesley: Front entrance
Durham: Across from the cafeteria entrance
Kincardine: Across from the cafeteria entrance
Walkerton: Emergency entrance

Registered Dietitians provide inpatient and outpatient diet counseling services at all SBGHC sites. Patients should not consume personal food without first speaking with the Food Service Supervisor. Personal food requiring refrigeration is discouraged.

No alcohol is permitted.

Upon admission, nursing staff will question patients about any diet restrictions or allergies.
