How do I access this service?

A physician referral is required.  Your referral will be sent directly to the DI department and an appointment will be scheduled. The physician who requested your CT scan will contact you regarding your appointment time and any preparation required.  

What should I bring to my appointment?

If you have had any tests done at another hospital that relate to your current problem, please bring a copy with you to your appointment (i.e. ultrasounds or x-rays).  

Where do I register for my appointment?

Please present at Central Registration upon arrival at the hospital.  You will then be directed to the location of your appointment.
