How do I access this service?

Women aged 50 and over are eligible for screening without a physician referral through the Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP).  OBSP appointments also include a nurse exam and education.  To book an appointment, please call the OBSP number listed above. 

For all other appointments, a physician referral is required.  Please call one of the offices listed above to make an appointment.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring your physician referral (for non-OBSP appointments) and any previous mammograms done at a different hospital or clinic. 

Where do I register for my appointment?

Please present at Central Registration upon arrival at the hospital.  You will then be directed to the location of your appointment.
