A physician referral is required. No appointment is necessary.

Where do I register for my laboratory work?

Please present at Central Registration upon arrival at the hospital. You will then be directed to the laboratory for your test.

Chesley Registration: inside main entrance
Durham Registration: inside main entrance (College St.)
Kincardine Registration: inside emergency entrance
Walkerton Registration: inside emergency entrance

Test Preparation

Please follow any preparations as advised by your physician (i.e. fasting). Test preparations are also listed on the back of the hospital laboratory request form. If you have any questions, please contact the laboratory.
