If you have a concern regarding your experience, we would like to hear from you.
We encourage you to discuss your concern with your care provider or the Department Manager as a first step. If you are unable to resolve your concern, please contact the Patient Experience Office and we would be happy to assist you.
Our Patient Experience Office will gather information to investigate your concern and work with you through the resolution process.
If you would like to share a positive experience with us, we will make sure that your care team is recognized for their efforts to provide a positive patient experience.
