Advanced Imaging Technology for SBGHC Kincardine

Through the generous support of the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation, the Diagnostic Imaging Department at South Bruce Grey Health Centre’s Kincardine site has upgraded their x-Ray equipment to the fully automated, digital Siemens Ysio Max.

The advanced technology of this equipment moves into position automatically when imaging a patient, taking the fastest and safest route, ensuring accurate and consistent images and allowing the technologist to focus on the comfort and safety of the patient.

“This is incredible technology that will significantly enhance diagnostic services for our patients in the Kincardine community,” says Paul Rosebush, President and CEO. “We are sincerely grateful that the Kincardine Foundation continues to support us in providing quality health care, close to home. They are valued partners, and we appreciate everyone in the community that has made this possible.”

The Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation funded the full amount of the x-Ray equipment, totaling $435K.
