Brief Counselling
Group-based clinical intervention if you are experiencing mental health concerns that greatly affect your quality of life. For individuals 18 years of age and older who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health issues.
Rapid Access Addiction Management (RAAM)
Services include the following. For individuals 16 years of age and over who are experiencing problems related to alcohol, opioid, or other substance use.
- Offering prescription and management of medications used to prevent or reduce craving, overdose and withdrawal symptoms related to alcohol, opiates and other substances
- Providing group and individual clinical counselling to support your specific, self-identified needs and goals
- Connecting you with continuing, community-based care through linkages with primary care practitioners, community services, support groups and more
- Directly connecting you to Addiction Treatment Services’ Withdrawal Management and Community Addiction Treatment programs
- Providing support for primary care practitioners to maintain your anti-craving medication
Mental Health Walk-in Service
A team of Social Service Workers, Social Workers, Nurses and an Occupational Therapist who provide mental health support as well as resources and community referrals to anyone in Grey Bruce seeking support and community services.
Mental Health and Addiction Peer Support (MAPS)
MAPS offers peer support services to those on Probation or Parole.
