A hospital advisor is someone who:

  • Helps improve the patient and family experience and quality of care
  • Provides feedback based on experiences at the hospital
  • Works with care teams for short or long-term commitments
  • Volunteers to help improve services at the hospital

For example, we may reach out to ask you a question, or to fill out a brief survey or tour you through the hospital to get your input on potential improvements – the time commitment is very flexible.
