South Bruce Grey Health Centre (SBGHC) is dedicated to ensuring the safety and protection of staff, patients and visitors by being prepared for emergency situations.

SBGHC deploys a fully functioning emergency management program and emergency codes that are aligned with the  Ontario Hospital Association Emergency Response color coding system are in place to ensure a coordinated and immediate response to recognized threats or emergency situations.

During your time at the hospital, you may hear an emergency code paged overhead.  Our teams are trained on how to respond to each of the various emergency codes.  In the event of an emergency, it is important to remain calm and follow all instructions provided by staff.
