Respirology Clinic Coming to SBGHC’s Durham Site
Outpatient services offered at South Bruce Grey Health Centre’s (SBGHC) Durham hospital site will expand in October 2026 to include a respirology clinic.
Dr. Sanjay Mehta will join the roster of specialists providing service at the Durham hospital, which now includes outpatient mental health and addictions services, pediatric mental health services, cardiology and orthopedics.
“We are excited to welcome Dr. Mehta to our team,” says Cara Singh, Vice President of Clinical Services and Chief Nursing Executive at SBGHC. “Dr. Mehta is a highly respected respirologist with more than 30 years of clinical experience. He practices at the London Health Science Center (LHSC), serves as a Professor at Western University, and is Medical Director of the Southwestern Ontario Pulmonary Hypertension Program and the LHSC Pulmonary Function Labs. His extensive expertise and leadership in respiratory medicine will be a valuable addition to the team.”
