SBGHC Community Engagement Sessions – August 26 & 27

As South Bruce Grey Health Centre (SBGHC) continues to plan for the future to support high-quality care for the communities we serve, your feedback is important to us, and we want to hear from you directly.

Join us for an opportunity to provide your input on the health care needs of our community. Sessions are open to all residents of the communities that SBGHC serves (Chesley, Durham, Kincardine, Walkerton).

Upcoming Community Engagement Sessions:
Monday, August 26 at 6:00PM – Durham Community Centre
Tuesday, August 27 at 6:00PM – Chesley Community Centre

  • What are the most common reasons you visit a SBGHC site for? (i.e. X-ray, laboratory services, critical emergencies, non-urgent emergency visits, surgical services etc.)
  • What health care services are you travelling outside of our region for that could potentially be provided closer to home?
  • Recognizing that we are not able to provide 24/7 emergency services at the Chesley and Durham sites due to limited staffing resources, what hours are most important for you for access to care?

To register to attend, please contact:

communications@sbghc.on.ca or 519-370-2400 ext. 2326

We are also collecting feedback through a survey that can be accessed here:

Printed versions of the survey will be available at both community engagement sessions.
